The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced an updated Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, a list of entities that use forced labor. DHS states that it remains steadfast in its duty to address the global challenge of prohibiting the importation of goods mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in part with forced labor.
